Hi. Where can I change the default name and logo team?

I'm assuming you're talking about CS:GO. In that case you can just use the provided server commands:

For CT
mp_teamname_1 ct name here
mp_teamlogo_1 shortfilename
For T
mp_teamname_2 t name here
mp_teamlogo_2 shortfilename

*Note: Team logos are found in resource/flash/econ/tournaments/teams/, you can make clients download a 64x64 PNG by adding it to the download table, but the file name must be shorter than 7(more or less) characters

*Another thing, HTML tags work for team names, however you can't change their color through the font tag anymore, one of the recent updates broken it
