I need a plugin that restrict admin names.. all names can be writed in a .ini file..

so when someone tries to connect to my server with an admin name, he can't..
a simple message without the "kicked."just:
"You cannot use an Admin name"

That's already included in Amx Mod X, look in your users.ini.

I'm not using users.ini, I use amxbans, and everyone can use admin name..
