how can i totally stop users from bringing up the uaio menu via uaio_menu command?

I dont want then to even see the menu! Thats none of their business.

Actually i dont want them even to know that i have uaio or whatever plugin on my server!

Is it possible to totally hide the menu from users?

I wonder if that applies to when you turn off a particular feature.
Like for example 'true armor' don't know how much it gives you, but it's alot.
And after the time runs out it gives a notice 'You've returned to normal armor!'
Disabling that completely would be nice, so that it doesn't show those notices.
