[sqlX]Wrong db name = server crash

I have found an error that causes a crash when you have wrong db name when using threaded queries.
I have not tested this with DBI only sqlX

I have a database named amxx on my mysql server
If I set the db name to a data base that doesn't exist the server will crash
In 1.75a you got a log message

In 1.76 the server crash

To reproduce just set the db name to a db that dont exist and then run a threaded query.

This is only confirmed in windows.

Thanks for the report. This has been fixed as revision 3090.
