CS:S Voice API update issues

Hi,

Yesterday's CS:S update made our server gameplay jittery for players, did anyone noticed worse performance?

Tried with "sv_voicecodec vaudio_celt", "sv_voicecodec steam" and "sv_voicecodec vaudio_speex" - no difference.

I'm using sv_voicecodec vaudio_celt, it's better for me.

Finally discovered the cause. Since update, there are performance issues with SourceTV enabled for longer time. On the attached graph you can see memory usage (SourceTV disabled whole first day, and enabled whole second day).

EDIT: Below you can see second test
- SourceTV OFF on the left ~300 MB RAM 28 players
- Red line = server restart
- SourceTV ON on the right ~560 MB RAM 24 players
