Hey has anyone solved the whole thing with the run time error ? cuz i really really whant amx mod x Soo pls tell me if it´s solved..

You on Crack? What are you talking about. What does Run Time errors have to do with AMXX itself, run time errors are coding errors in plugins and AMXX tells you where the error is and what is wrong.
