Can I ask you what is this plugin about? Well there are only Last Request mods and simon is not chosen from CTs at the beginning of the round. In CS 1.6 simon was chosen from CTs, tells prisoners what to do and if prisoners want he turns on some mod like Scout Wars, boxing or hunting the invisible CTs.
