sm_join_sound "consnd/joinserver.mp3"

3 - pure_server_whitelist
sound\consnd\... allow_from_disk

4 - Tried SV_pure 1 & 0


getting:
Failed to load sound "consnd\joinserver.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository

What's the name of your soundfile?
if it is , for instance, sound1.mp3 change the line in sourcemod.cfg accordingly :

sm_join_sound "consnd/sound1.mp3"

Got it working!
Took me an age of head scratching. Munchkins post with the right command line helped me

Sorry to be a pain, but is it possible to make it only play upon your connection the to the server, rather then every map change start?
Oh and if it is, please explain in noobie terms as this was my first ever plug in that i put on the server
