Yeah, you don't It creates config.php, so it just needs write permissions in that folder to be able create it.

Ah. I was having problems and thought it might be related to that, but it wasn't obviously. Works fine now other than not being able to retrieve server info. But that's just my host blocking ports.

and another problem is when i try to ban someone via sourceban panel i do,but the person come back again,this working like a reconnect,ban ID its added to the sourcebans but thy still can play on a server :/

Randy, that means you need to update SourceMod.

That also means that the plugin isn't running on your server because of that error which would lead to your 2nd problem.

i had 1.01 but i've updated for 1.2.1 and when i try to run my server isn't working,server is down and i don't know how to pick him up :/

Metamod version 1.7.1? If not try to start server without metamod and sourcemod. If it starts then shutdown server and setup metamod / sourcemod and plugins

i removed sourcemod and metamod files and server is still down :/
