First off, I'm not very familiar with web-servers, so any input/info would be appreciated. I'm looking for a simple script to send data from a sourcemod plugin to a web server with a password using the <socket> extension.

Wich socket extension ? I played a bit with sockets, it was quite easly, so I might be able to help. Also, what kindof socket do you use ? Because a socket is: "Combinaison of IP + PORT", no password involved.

We need some information about the socket you trying to connect, is it POST/GET html or an open socket server
