I posted a request for a plugin moments before this and I didn't explain in detail in
the title nor the actual descriptions. The plugin would be able to be configurated to access the
SourceBans Database/edit the sql which contains the SourceBans Data.

This should be able to access the SourceBans table on the sql with configs and database.cfg.
All /sb commands should be on a root flag access.
