You are not specific at all, if you need something specific made, that's one thing.
If you want another person to set up a server and configs and your whole world, that is another.

You did not fix it. You are only providing the game name. You didn't say how many plugins you were wanting, what kind of plugin you need written, and if you are offering some form of compensation.
I really don't understand why you are hiding the details. Whatever it is you are requesting is going to be public knowledge in the end anyways once it's on your server. If you are wanting replies you will get them much faster by being specific.
