I already fixed that in the 1.0.3 version, at least in my tests this issue is not occurring anymore.
If you could explain in more detail what happens at your end I can check deeper.

Wow great! Thank you!

Just what I needed was to apply them to the Commons and style the COD Zombies. Thank you very much Marttt.

Something in itself, it is true that you told me that there would be a small bug in the wrong position in each Survivor and Infected. I do not know if you can separate it into parts, on the one hand only for Survivor and on the other hand Only for the infected. If it is possible or there may be conflicts.

You can deactivate the SI particle by setting their cvars to "0".
The cvars are split by zombie class / witch / common.

after death when you lift a player with a pharmacy or defibrillator, he has no eyes

works stably only for root admin
and the eyes of ordinary players disappear

@Voevoda check if is working properly now
Btw if you are changing something in the plugin you also have to tell me (e.g: changing the default command "sm_eyes")
