Custom Tracers 1.0

Allows an admin to give a user or team colored tracers.

-----Includes:
Weapon Info 1.4 or higher

The only thing you need is the name and everything else will be set to default if not stated.

Also works with @T and @CT to set the whole team.

DON'T USE WEB COMPILER, YOU NEED:

Do they actually end up where your bullets hit or just to wherever it is you're aiming?

It is where you are aiming, in the pic above I move to the left after I killed the player so that you can see the tracers. But it follows your bullets.

That's two different things, if it moves to where you're aiming they always go in a straight line from your crosshairs, but actually following the path and ending at the impact of your bullets is something completely different.

I was hoping this plugin did the latter so they'd actually be tracers rather than mere indicators of one's position?

No, no, no. What I mean is that when you fire it is in your crosshair but when you walk away it stays in position. It does not, I repeat not, follow you. They truly are tracers.

Are they based on TraceLines or in user aim? In the second case,you will get wrong traces because of the recoil,for example,with an AWP without a scope, you'll aim at one place and shoot very far from it.

I know what you mean, but I wasn't talking about player position, ofcourse they'll stay where they are until they disappear, but I mean the actual "path" they travel, or rather, the position of the line in between origin and either crosshairs target, or bullet impact.

Lemme put it differently; you equip an AWP.
You jump off a building without having scope enabled and you shoot.
You know that the bullet won't actually hit in the middle of your crosshairs, so to wherever it is you're aiming, but the tracer will right?

What I'm looking for is actual bullet-tracers which go the same way as the bullets, instead of just where the player is aiming.

Same with spraying, if you hold down your fire key with an automatic weapon, the bullets will NOT (all) end up in the middle of your crosshairs unless you use hacks or something, but I'm guessing that these tracers do, correct?

I hope I made my point clear now...

Gj though, I think I had a tracer plugin before but I couldn't change colour of it, BTW, can you also set a colour for @ALL players?

Ah, I understand now. The tracer travels from the players crosshair to the last bullet hit. So if someone were to spray the tracers would follow the bullets and not necessarily go in a straight path in front of the player.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Yea, for the @T and @CT you can change color, brightness, width, and length just as if it were a single player.

Dayum, if that's true then you're the first (for all I can remember at least) to make a tracer plugin that doesn't just create lines that go straight ahead from crosshairs (as if one has "perfect" aim).

Yea, when I got the locations of where the laser should go it is from the player to the location of where the bullet hit.
