im running

Mani Admin Plugin v1.2BetaN,
MetaMod:Source v1.3a,
EventScripts v1.1.0.010,
GoreMod v3.2.5,
CS:S Deathmatch v0.95

my problem is, if some 1 make a kill with HE the victim's weapons will be unvisible after this kill and sometimes he cant c other players. He must rejoin to fix it.

Is it a DM Bug ? I think so, cause on my other server i havent this problem (without DM).

Take GoreMod out of the mix and test that. At a minimum make sure no HE Nade effects are turned on. What you are seeing is most likely a conflict between Mods and not a CSSDM bug. Remove GoreMod first.
