Yes, plugin_precache() above plugin_init() and emit_sound in the cmd_ban function on the bottom, but not below a return.

yes exactly you can add it to any plugin you want
but you should add it where the server exec the ban command

for default amxmodx ban menu just edit plmenu.sma

here i made it for you
you need to compile the code in ur pc compiler to fix the colors

It could add color to the time that the server ban someone, something like the ultimate that appears a message "[UltimateBans: Banned "player" in red, you could do that with the plmenu or I have to have the Ultimatebans or the advancedbans for that?

yes for sure you can do this
you can add print_chat with colors to plmenu with ban info like ultimatebans

but unfortunately i dont know how to do this yet
maybe someone else better then me will do it for you.

I tried the file that you passed me and replace what you said and I put it on my server but when banning someone does not sound any sound and does not even download the .wav sound file I put it
