Well, I've been using it on a local server for a week now and there are no problems at all, no errors in the console either, so I guess it's safe to say it can run normally on local servers without any issues.

When this plugin is loaded I see the following when I enter sm exts list:

<FAILED> file "left4downtown.ext.dll":: The specified module could not be found.

And in my logs:
[SM] Unable to load extension "left4downtown.ext": The specified module could not be found

Is left4downtown required? If I disable the plugin these go away.

No its not required, but needed if you want to use vocalizescene.

main.sp :: line 82
PHP Code:
#undef REQUIRE_EXTENSIONS

/* Left 4 Downtown 2 is optional but recommended */
#tryinclude <left4downtown>
It shouldn't say that error as I define it as not required. Weird.

scene.sp :: line 294
PHP Code:
if (!FileExists(scenetrue)) return -1// Scene doesn't exists
Remove that line and the it will continue even when the scene doesn't exist.

I have set the immunity level for fatigue and blacklisting to 5.

My admin immunity level is set to 99. Still both the fatigue and blacklisting apply to me.

Why is this?

Question,

I've got DefaultVocalizeFatigue set to 5.0 , yet thee's still some vocalizes that arnet in fatigue.cfg which can be spammed indefinitely. So I just wonder if it's somehow broken?

I have defined several things that ppl usually spam , like playerdeath 10 seconds, "punk ass island bitch" 10 seconds etc, and that works. But why doesn't every non described vocalize not adhere to the DefaultVocalizeFatigue setting ? Am I missing something ?

I can confirm what CosmicD says.
Whether I use black- or whitelist filter modes, the default fatigue does not take effect. Everything works as expected, except for the defaultvocalizefatigue setting.
