Suggestion:

Add support for custom servers. I mean, demo-name not by cvar, but by server IP and port changing ':' char to '_'.

MPNumB, do you mean, that demoname will be only server IP with Port? (127.0.0.1_27015.dem??)
I can try to make it. I think will be better, if it will be like this:
amx_demo "0" - Turns off the plugin.
amx_demo "1" - Use amx_demoname CVar to set own demoname using amx_demoname.
amx_demo "2" - Use server IP and Port in demoname (Ignore amx_demoname).

aNt1, if i will do like you said, old recorded demo couldn't be replaced with new (Or I don't know how to delete old recorded demo then... )

You could use only steamid then so it will replace the old demo. Or you could announce people to delete their demos from time to time, but that would be rather inefficient.

That will cause outrageous use of hard drive space. Not everybody knows everything about the game files.
