Guys, I am trying to build my own Alien vs Predator Server and really wanted help with the following configurations/Issues?

1.How do I Control SPEED settings per TEAM?
2.How do I Control HEALTH settings per TEAM?
3.How do I Control HEALTH REGENERATION settings per TEAM?
4.How do I Control ARMOUR settings per TEAM?
5.How do I Control GRAVITY settings per TEAM?
6.How do I FORCE BOTS all onto one TEAM?
7.How do I FORCE one TEAM to use KNIVES ONLY?
8.How do I FORCE the PREDATOR SKIN on ONE TEAM?
9.How do I TURN OFF any autobalances or TEAM Number Settings?
10.How do I Change the Colour of Blood per TEAM? (Green would be Great ;)

I already have some answers SourceMOD plugins to these, but they are all a bit "kludgy"
Any help or pointers with any of these would be fantastic. My main issue is trying to do anything TEAM based, rather than ALL or Individuals!?

I know lots of questions, I am a NOOB to all this but it is great when you find something that works ;)

9 = mp_autoteambalance & mp_limitteam i'd say (since its CSS and many other mods)

1 = four ways : one dirty with m_flLaggedMovementValue, one with m_flMaxspeed (doesn't work with CSS, but I think its the only mod that it doesn't work with), the javalia's method and the other clean with CSS Speed extension. There might be a 5th way with DHooks. Not sure .

And by Aliens versus predator, do you mean this ? or is it some kind of an HL2 mod's mod (similar to zombies mods) that thing (I guess?).

Yes, all the variables are built into this MOD which it great, but it is a DeathMatch Mod, which is not what I am looking to do? Also the players keep switching teams, so I see Aliens killing Aliens etc....
Zombie Riot MOD with Alien and Predator Skins is the closest that I have gotten, just wanted to control TEAMs or REAL Players instead of Bots!? Give the Predator (Player) a Speed, Health and Jump boost etc, arming him with Knives only!?
I like the Medic Plugin, that is pretty cool ;) I am running with QuickDefuse, KnifeFight and Bullettime and have Banned Auto-Rifles and AWPs altogether. Thanks for the input sir!!
