Is there a cvar, way or can some invent a plugin to increase xp amount please, so that for instance per map on hard i get 3000xp instead of 1500xp for example.

Isn't sourcemod made to make games more fun, and add more ways to it, not to cheat the game?

playing on brutal gives you the most XP i think asw_skill 5 along with the use of sm_cvar asw_god 1 or sm_cvar asw_skill_health_base (high number)

not sure if there is a cvar or maybe someone can make a plugin/extension that increases XP more than what was intended by the asw devs

i prefer playing on hard lvl, brutal is impossible unless god or high health value, but hard only gives you 1400-1500ish were brutal nets 1800-2400ish but still isnt alot when compared with 6000-9000xp on 5th and 6th promotion lvls.

XP amounts per difficulty

Easy 600-700ish
Normal 1300-1400ish
Hard 1400-1500ish
insane 1500-1800ish
brutal 1800-2400ish

I may have Normal and Insane incorrect as i didnt make a note of them last time i played.

well I guess the reason why these higher promotion levels are so further apart from each other, is to have the player use the advanced difficulties more often - which imho makes the game more challenging and fun to play ;)

lol u call constant death on brutal fun ru insane? plus having acheved all the achevements and played the same campaign several hundred times its boring rather have a new campaign than a difficulty which is impossible, insane was bad enough thank you very much. 6th prom currently 11100 to get to lvl 19 and probably riseing its a joke valve what the hell ru doing new campaign, survival and versus gameplay not stupid difficulty and extra promotions.

Well everybody has their own opinion from their own perspective and although I respect yours, I certainly disagree with it. The game was getting boring, and I think we share a mutual opinion that it would be nice to play a new campaign, the challenge would kept fading out of the game anyhow. I mean, once you acquired a certain skill, in a team and as a team, the Hard became the new normal, the Insane became the new hard(ish) and the Brutal became the new insane, and was delighted to have the hardcore FF and Onslaught as bonuses (especially Onslaught).

Im all for Onslaught in one respect, really makes the [AS] Horde MoDe/Random Drones Mod Plugin work well, now im seeing shaman on a regular basis and often at least 1 queen in every campaign, plus unexpected beta shieldbug and beta harvester spawns its fantastic, plus stops the annoying habit ive spawning dozens of parasites which is impossible to defend from if u dont have a fast medic or eletric armour even then if the quantity is rediculas you still may fail to survive the attack. I prefer to live then to be threatened with death, insane was sufficient to challenge and yet succeeed, brutal well i just die before making a quater of a map thats not fun, deepest respect to those who manage to concore such a stupid difficulty level, i just dont think palming us of with brutal is sufficient to qual the repetitive gameplay.
