You misunderstood me i guess
When somebody writes lmaobox in chat, plugin bans him for 1 hour

Also here's a little updated version:
- Bans for 60 minutes client if he says lmaobox in chat
- Is not case sensitive
- Searches for lmaobox phrase in message instead of looking for specific one (so anything related to lmaobox - 60 min ban)
