DC stands for Data Center, the physical location of the server.

RBX - Roubaix
GRA - Gravelines
SBG - Strasbourg
PAR - Paris
BHS - Beauharnois, Canada

NFO will even tell you that they don't offer ddos protection or however it is they word it. That being said my servers have been hit dozens of times and they handle it great.
