i want a plugin that shows members online by steamid with their real nickname

we have a lot of clan members, and some change their nick names often that some admins get a bit confused of their real identity

my idea is to read from a file like members.ini for example

"steamid" "realname"
"steamid2" "realname2"
"steamid3" "realname3" and so on

make a menu on say /members to show a list of online members from the file members.ini with their "real nick" with * for admins
a menu like this

List of Online Members

1. "Player 1"[ realname1 ] *
2. "Player 2"[ realname2 ]
3. "Player 3"[ realname3 ]

think you guys get the idea, can also set custom level for members to read from users.ini instead of reading players from other files, but i think my idea its easier to make

can also add a sub category on player showing used nicknames, but that is only optional
