so you use rehlds but dont have reapi module and includes, no wonder why it doesnt work

download lastest reapi here - http://teamcity.rehlds.org/ and paste reapi includes

thas true, plus, he allready got all the help he needs and the rest he can do himself, if you use rehlds, there's a lot you need to know to keep the server going smooth, you are missing some stuff

you say that all current server files are latest, its not true, everything you are using are outdated
