How do i add the plugin without amxx files?

I'm having a bit of a problem with this problem, I just added Exolents jumpstats but I didn't get any amxx files. How do I make it work then ?

Download the base package (if you don't already have it) and you should get a scripting folder. Copy and paste the .sma files and include folder there (replace everything).
Then you drag the .sma files onto compile.exe and the .amxx files will appear in scripting/compiled.
