I would like a new plugin that does two things.

1) Provides Sm_admin immunity from kick votes.

2) Allows the server Admin to enable or disable voting on anything other than kick votes (in other words disable map voting, scramble, etc.).

This plugin would work with the existing built in CSGO voting system, so players would not need to learn anything new to activate or to vote.

Thank you. I do not believe that the built in CSGO vote kick recognized the SM admin immunity.

I would like a plugin that forces the built in CSGO votekick to recognize and honor SM Admin immunity.

Despite being labeled TF2, this plugin should work because they use the same arguments for kick votes in both games. For that matter, it may work in L4D and L4D2.
