confirm windows servers crash continously too =.=

I have noticed my csgo servers are crashing and they seem to have only started since the latest csgo update.

Wondering if anyone could help me out, or to confirm it is a problem valve needs to fix (As I looked up the code accelerator gave and there are 567 reports just today).

Confirmed on Ubuntu 16.04 as well!

crashing at random on all 8 of my servers hosted on 4 machines (all Centos 7) I would say about once an hour or so.

Found out some of the crashes have to do with teleporters. Dropping a weapon entity into a teleport or going into one while in noclip mode seems to crash the servers without metamod or sourcemod loaded. Always seems reproduceable on surf_utopia_v3 at least.
