Just about ADMIN_BAN_TEMP ( flag v ) i think there is problems like if normal admin with flags (bcdeijuv) he has d + v and he can't unban, only head with full access can unban, please look into it again i think this ADMIN_BAN_TEMP is not finished yet right ? ( also users.ini didn't explain well for me ).
