I am looking to start about 3 servers all on different (Windows) VPS. What is the best way to manage all of them at once or do I just need to login to each and manage indivually?

Manage meaning: updates, restarting etc.

The best option for you personally is probably to use any software like seDirector or SRCDS server manager.

Thanks, looks like "SRCDS server manager" is something more of what I'm looking for as you can manage externally. But seDirector has a lot more options I would use.

Curious how people can manage 10+ servers

linux makes easy to manage multiple servers

I'm not sure what kind of features you expect the software to have but scheduling things like update and restart is really all you need.
