Add admins with steamid, not nickname. Even if someone hack your password, the guy will not login as admin because id is unique.

And if you don't want someone to "hack" the passwords, you should stop putting compiled .amxx files in your server with backdoors and/or playing in other servers with your password entered via seinfo _pw.
