I tried to make a sourceban for my server and i got an error [sourcebans.smx] Database failure: [2013]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110 . Can anyone help me please? I read the FAQ and nothing about this.

If I had to take a guess, it sounds like there is a problem with outbound traffic from your server.

Make sure mysql is allowed in etc/hosts.allow. Similarly, your bind-address may be set to only listen to remote connections. Try changing it to 0.0.0.0
