My question is, why when i use geoip it didn't show arab countries and sometime it show for another guys, I used the new version of @Arkshine , zp geoip version but also i have got the same thing..

The Free GeoLite2 database needs updated from Maxmind periodically. That being said not everybody wants to be seen within that database. Some ask to be removed. Also if they are on a proxy that may affect the readings.

Free GeoLite2 is limited otherwise Maxmind could not charge over 2 grand USD for the city database for GEOIP2 annually!

Edit: I used special geoip version and I got the solve..
