Is there any possibilities of this plugin being updated at all?
I don't know if it works several years later given that it's 2016, and this was released in 2005.

Yeah yeah this post is quite a few years old, it doesn't hurt to ask about it years later.
I'm interested in having this plugin on my tf2 server.

I checked this code and is good for functionality, despite some improvements as:

register_concmd("say","handle_say") --> register_concmd("say 8ball","handle_say")
...
get_user_name(id,name,32) --> get_user_name(id,name,charsmax(name))
...
public get_display(str[]) --> public get_display(str[],maxchars)
...
format(str,strlen(str),"Yes") --> formatex(str,maxchars,"Yes")
...

But it is because it is just old, then can be used.

Also, tf2 is source mod, this is AMXX, for old games like "CS 1.6".

Yeah I just didn't exactly trust at first because of it being .AMXX
which was before Sourcemod came into light. I install it just like any other plugin right?

This plugin does not run on it. You need to find a version for sourcemod compatible with TF2. Search/request it on the source mod forum section.
