i put it in valve/sprites is that correct ? couldnt find moddir/sprites
so i figured that was it

ok there is sprites in cstrike but it allready has snow.spr
so... come on guys a simple answer here were to put it server is loaded
and dont want to mess up now

That will work.
See, the rain I use starts above the map. By making a small vextoucher part, I can have it detect when it touches something, and then stop. Snow will be slightly more difficult, I might hook it with just a small amount of string rain, to detect whether you should display it or not.

Cool huh? ^^

Also, I converted missiles.
And fixed a few bugs.
