Fixed.
Also, you can now blind/unblind yourself.

Though plugin should work, i just noticed that steamid are limited to 15 characters, gonna update it.

Ok, now it's fixed.
Problem was if a blinded player was disconnecting, and a new player was connectiong and get the same id, player was set as blind

Changed steamid length from 16 to 22.
Changed version to v1.1

Edit : v1.2 (Don't use)
Added show_activity stock support.
Added log_amx.
Made messages args more readable.

Edit : v1.3
Fixed admin was blinded instead of target (bug introduced in v1.2)
Block ScreenFade messages on blinded players instead of sending a new message
Use MSG_ONE instead of MSG_ONE_UNRELIABLE

There is a little thing that need to be changed... mabie i'm wrong

Code:

        case 2:   client_print(0, 3, "ADMIN %s: blinded %s", name, name2)
        case 1:   client_print(0, 3, "ADMIN: blinded %s", name2)

This messageses apears in the chat. Right? So the blinded target is able to se the massage and can stop 'till the unblind message appears.

Just a thought...

o great now it blinded a bot for detecting AIM and server crashed i think

hi,
i have a little question regarding the way this plugin works - can the black screen be avoided by running some commands into console while playing? (i'm not saying while being SPEC - i know when being SPEC in first-person view if you cycle through players there's a small time when you can actually see something)

i heard a player he cannot be blinded because of his CFG.
