With this plugin enabled, hitting a Mad Milked player with the Sun-on-a-Stick with ignite them for 5.0 seconds by default, controlled with the cvar sm_firemilkduration.

This is intended to add interesting combos to Scout and make the Sun-on-a-Stick function without a partner.

Based on [TF2] Flaming Jarate with stock functions from Chdata for easily getting a weapon's item definition index.
