I really want to get back into making bosses, and I really REALLY want to focus on my Config Only project. In the interest of expansion, I was looking into the feasibility of a plugin that would allow me to assign cosmetics to a boss, rather than creating a custom model with them. This way I could still follow the project's philosophy of using in-game assets only, and ZERO downloads for the enduser.

How do I go about hiring someone for making a plugin for such goals?
