My server was using 3452 and server was crasing on client connect.

Now is it working? Maybe the gamedata got an automaticaly update? O_o

Try doing a -forcerecheckall or delete the clientregistry.blob from the same folder hldsupdatetool.exe resides in. Then try again. I think they might have released a stealth update.

Some of us must have already received it, because I'm running fine all of the sudden. Perhaps the server that hosts the files for the gamedata updates is overloaded.

Same problem here.

I ran the update tool again after deleting the update blob file. Nothing to download. Nada.

And, of course, my Windows servers still don't work with SM.

Without the extension folder in sourcemod, the server at least doesn't freeze... but obviously most plugins don't work either.

We have two servers and one works while the other doesn't. I've copied Sourcemod's files from the one that works to the one that doesn't and I get the same result. Whenever I run -verify_all, it doesn't download any files. If both servers are almost exactly the same, I don't get why one would work while the other doesn't. Did they release a stealth update that broke the servers so the ones running on the original release are fine?
