Hello,
I just need the two plugins for my servers here are the details

Spawn A Dispenser,
Spawns a dispenser where you aim. A range limit would be nice. Also I want this to be so it can be used once per round only. After you spawn 1 dispenser in a round you can't do it again till the next round. example command "/dispenser"

Csay Based Message
I want to have a plugin that allows you to have a message displayed once you join the server for a very short time. for example /joinmsg "Hello, Everyone! This is my join message" And that message would be displayed when you join the server for a very short time.

Would be nice if the commands can be over riden.

If anyone can make these two or even one it would be awesome

The dispenser plugin exists, it's called buildingspawner (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=190908)

Yes I know of this plugin but I want to limit it so you can spawn only one dispenser per round. And only a dispenser no sentries etc.
