can someone make so when a player is touching a ladder without holding any walk key (wasd) they stick to it like in CS 1.6 instead of just sliding off the ladder like it is now in CSGO

Well, when u mean snap players location to ladder, then it's not possbile...or maybe a bit but not perfect.
And when u only need that ladder movetype/physics you can enforce that without a ladder.
