This is a simple plugins i've made, that allow you to easily ban a player by shooting him, i made it thinking about freekillers in jailmod, but it may be useful for any mod.

Commands: /bantrigger , !bantrigger

You Need To Have ADMFLAG_BAN to use it.

Hint: binding the command will increase the utility of the plugin.
bind letter "say /bantrigger"
eg.: bind k "say /bantrigger"

This is built in to SourceMod, use @aim as the target parameter to sm_ban.
