I'm not 100% on this but I have been able to last 2 hours now on multiple servers that were crashing by blocking the Thermal Thruster from being used.

I wrote for myself plugin which blocks Thermal Thruster spawning.
Requires TF2Items extension.

It doesn't look like this was fixed by the 4197184 update, I can see crashes on Throttle with the new version number.
The incidences do seem to have dropped significantly, but I think that is probably just people blocking the weapon.

I still get the crashes too from this error on accelerator.
I tried using that plugin to disable thruster, but it doesn't seem to block the weapon.

EDIT* I ended up using one of the plugins here to disable it, but it kept crashing with the same error. Tried disabling pyro class altogether and didn't work and crashes with same error still.

An update, I disabled pyro class to check, but now I get this error:
"Bad field in entity!!"
and happens right before "round_start"
and server crashes.

I was wondering if this was related in some way?

I've resorted to replacing the items added in the update (Thermal Thruster, Gas Passer, Dragon's Fury, Hot Hand and the heavy's Banana sandvich) with stock weapons when they're given to clients.

As well, when one of the new taunts spawns its scene entity and/or taunt prop entity I destroy them.

I'm hoping this will prevent the crash but am skeptical.
