is it possible to code a script, which gives a second primary gun to a player?
if yes, how?

In CS, you could simply give them another primary weapon and the HL1 weapon selection menu used in CS would allow you to select any of them.

CSS only allows one, so you have to remove the current weapon (maybe teleport it somewhere far away where it couldn't be reached) and create a new weapon.

I think you can give them another weapon, but to switch to it would require the user typing "use weapon_blah" into their console (ex: "use weapon_ak47"). At least that's how it works in tf2.

I believe DODS works that way (you can have them, but the HUD weapon switch is strange). I thought in CSS that you couldn't have a second weapon at all and it would just drop to the ground, but I could be wrong (it's been a while since I messed with CSS).

I believe you have to give it to them (which spawns it on the ground at their location), and then equip it to them (which would actually put it in their arsenal).

I think you could make the weapon just become invisible [alpha 0] and be like inside the player's model [getpos+0 0 15?] and then just press a key to make the weapon switch [dropped and stored] with the weapon you already have, but it will require massive amounts of coding to make it work right
and about the CS:S GUI weapon switch, its impossible, because the part in the source code that makes you be able to select weapons is missing [I made a mod for CS:S from its base so I know the source code.].
