I have a couple of regex questions for the devs.

1. Does Sourcemod 's regex API support the global flag?
> EG: Can you return more than one pattern match?
>> I can only get one pattern return, the match returns the substring count

2. Can you get the offset/start position of each substring?

Any chance of a merge into 1.8?

The 1.9 compiler function coersing is stopping me compiling Dynamic which this is for.
