Just checked one of my versus servers running with the old patch.
That server has engine.so and engine_linux.so while the updated server only has engine.so. Don't know if that is to any help but maybe

Interesting issue on mine, having the sourcemod.vdf file in the metamod folder crashes it. Even if I delete the sourcemod folder and leave the sourcemod vdf file it will crash. Leaving the VDF out the server runs fine, but does not load SM.

ahh thats why mm wasnt working for me.. the vdf file.

wont run with stripper and dfens either (had both, then neither).

Custom radials work in Campaign--supposedly there's a serverside way to allow it in competitive modes, but after an hour of searching, I can't figure it out =[

I think you have to allow it in whitelist.cfg

Correct. Add

left4dead2\scripts\radialmenu.txt

into your whitelist.cfg and the Voice Goodness may commence.

And status update: Psychonic cant fix this, have to wait for Fyren or DS
