Well.
1st Thing Is Decompile Model and open .qc file with notepad Find "$attachment 0" then delete it,after
open model again and recompile model muzzleflash attachment has gone.
after that add this plugin on server

What model though? Replacing the model in your game doesn't mean everyone else will see the changes.
