i think that i havent install it but i dont know is it plugin or what can you give me link to download it or say how to activate /rank and /top15 it is amx x mod 1.70

yea now i have 1.8.1 and again /rank, /top15, /me dont work Stats Configurati 1.8.1.3746 AMXX Dev Team statscfg.amxx running i have this stats in amx_plugins what i must do help me pls
