The beacon is there because it was requested by Jiggly, it can be disabled using the convars. I also separated out the ping sound component of the beacon that can be altered or disabled by a separate convar.

hmm weird i get the Ring healing when i just put in the plugin but then
after like a map change or something it doesnt work
