Is it both stable on linux and windows ? - Yes
Which version should i use ? pure or bugfixed ? - pure is like vanilla gamedll(all bugs saved), bugfixed with fixes, own API(reapi module), refactoring. So use bugfixed
What fix do i need to download for 1.8.2 ? - Look at official topic, but only russian.
Do i need ReHLDS for this ? - No, they work separately. But ReHLDS + ReGameDLL should be better than vanilla.
~600 servers use ReGameDLL

You dont have to use ReHLDS if you dont want to, but i'd definitely recommend that you do. A server that runs ReHLDS and ReGameDLL together runs 3x times faster. Besides, the ReGameDLL project was based off of the ReHLDS project, they go well together. You will see a massive drop in CPU usage after you use both.

Plus they have fixed many bugs such as the spectator spawn bug, proper entity reset on new round(func_train, func_door, func_button, triggers, etc...). They also give you access to more functions directly from the gamedll, you can do basically anything and you wont need extra modules to access those in amxx, just add ReAPI and you're done. And they are always working on improving them and fixing bugs that players report on their github page. My experience with them has been excellent.

It runs perfectly on windows, and people on linux seem to be saying the same thing..

For ReGameDLL to work, you need the fixed cstrike module, because the current one in 1.8.2 isnt compatible. Just search for "ReGameDLL cstrike fix 1.8.2", shouldnt be hard to find.

For version get the latest one from their official releases. You should use the bugfixed versions, otherwise you wont get that much of a difference using them as compared to the normal ones.

Note that using the bugfixed version breaks functionallity of plugins that use memory patching(Orpheu) because ReHLDS and ReGameDLL are compiled using newer compilers and are binary incompatible to the originals. I think Orpheu should still work, you would just need to get new signatures. Dont take my word for it tho, i'm not completely sure. Also, you can use RePatcher as an alternative to Orpheu.

Better to request needed hooks and functions in ReAPI.

Re-Amx Mod X is the Amx Mod X 183 build ~ 5047 or something like modified to work with the Re-API. You can find it here:
  1. http://www.dedicated-server.ru/vbb/showthread.php?t=27127

But you need to create a account on that forum to be able to download it.
