Thanks guys, i figured it out, wasn't .NET issue as i could run BasicPawn fine.

SPEdit has some compatibility issues with MSI Afterburner, probably trying to hook onto SPEdit or something and caused it to crash.

Disabling MSI Afterburner allowed SPEdit to launch fine, which was weird because MSI Afterburner + SPEdit worked fine with Windows 10 anniversary update.

After a short investigation, it seems to be an issue on MSI's side. It not only crashes with SPEdit, but on any other 64bit WPF application. I don't know if it helps, but perhaps try to disable Hardware acceleration or wait for MSI to fix this (HAHA. FAT CHANCE. -GLaDOS)

I will release a new bugfix update in the next time (not to soon, but also not too far away). EDIT: not on this MSI thing. Thats not my fault.

Yup, it isn't a problem with SPEdit, i did what WildCard65 posted and added SPEdit to the exception list for RivaTuner. Now SPEdit launches perfectly fine with Afterburner.

Interesting, i have RivaTuner 6.4.1 (i dont have MSI Afterburner) and i dont have any problems with WPF x64 apps. (Using Win10 Creators Update of course). Probably not gonna update then xD

Just a little unimportant Bug Report
Cannot decompile Zephyrus Store, causing Crash. Maybe add an Timeout?
